Vulcan Heavy Duty Plancha Gas Range

With an improved modular design and easy to clean features perfected for foodservice needs, the stainless steel plancha, durable with a longer product life, offers the ultimate cooking experience. With the multifunctional ability to sear and finish on the 1/2" polished steel cooking plate, this allows for the convenience of cooking without pots and pans and transferring food. Producing high temperatures, this equipment decreases customer wait times by evenly cooking food faster than any earlier gas range technology.
