Our Team:

Andy Bachovin, C.F.S.P.

Andrew Bachovin, C.F.S.P leads the group as President with over 40 years experience in the foodservice industry. A dedicated MAFSI board member, Andrew began his foodservice career as a field mess cook, and baker, then ran an O.C.S. mess in Quantico, VA. in the military. After the service he worked as a draftsman for a major contract food service provider while pursuing a degree in architecture. Andrew made the jump into sales as a Vulcan factory salesperson for 15 years before co-founding the BHG/4Star Rep group in 1999.

Jennifer G. Healy, C.F.S.P.

Jennifer Healy, C.F.S.P. Founding Partner of BHG/4Star with over 20 years experience. A tenacious negotiator Jennifer spends a significant percentage of her time overseeing the public and private contract work in the territory. This responsibility dovetails nicely with her deep and established contacts in the school foodservice market.

Karen Higgins, R.D.

Karen VanPelt-Higgins, R.D. After 20 years of multi-unit food service management in the healthcare market Karen made a career change joining BHG/4Star Reps in 2002. Her administrative skill and systematic business approach is put to good use as the Managing Partner, ensuring that the manufacturers, staff and dealers all receive the support needed to succeed. Karen’s experiences as a food service director and registered dietitian open doors of opportunity with end user operators.

Lisa Friedline, CFSP

Lisa Friedline, CFSP is the Supplies/Equipment Partner. Lisa’s experience as a dealer brings a unique perspective to the 4 Star Rep organization. She has worked for both a broadline dealer and a traditional foodservice equipment dealer, coupled with 15 years as a sales representative, Lisa rounds out the partnership of 4 Stars with her small ware expertise.

Kris Kisthart

Kris Kisthart, A well seasoned equipment and supply specialist Kris brings 10 years of end user and DSR sales experience to our team. Ideally located in the center of our territory in Allentown, PA Kris is readily available to help any dealer with end user sales support or dealer sales training. Kris joined 4 Star in April 2009 and is quickly acclimating to her role as an end user sales specialist.

Phyllis White

Phyllis White, on the “front line,” as the inside Sales Coordinator, Phyllis answers the phone at 4 Star Reps, quickly and competently answering caller’s questions. Her calm and professional manner communicates support to everyone who calls. Phyllis is the go to person for all quotation requests and service issues.

Lauren Morton

Lauren Morton, Joined 4 StarReps in February 2009 as our Marketing Coordinator. As a recent graduate of Boston University and an All-American lacrosse player she brings a positive “can do” attitude to all the tasks before her. Using the skills she found successful on the lacrosse field, she focuses on coordinating and implementing marketing projects at BHG/4Star.
